What time do you open and close?

We are normally open from 10pm until 3am Monday to Saturday, and 10pm until 2am on Sundays. Check out our event listings for any live or special events that may occur outside these hours.

Do I need to arrive early?

We recommend travelling to arrive with us with good time before last entry, particularly on weekends. We are a small premises, so tend to fill up quickly – and recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment!

What time is last entry?

Last entry is strictly 01:30 Monday to Saturday, and 01:00 on Sundays. Please be advised we also do not allow re-entry after these times.

Where is the closest rail station or bus stop?

The closest railway station is the Kingston overground station, and the nearest bus stops are available on the High Street and Eden Street, with 24-hour buses servicing Putney, Tooting, Sutton, and central London.

Do I need ID and what ID do you accept?

By law, we can only accept guests 18 or over. All customers must provide a valid form of photo ID before entering the venue. Accepted forms of ID are unexpired passport, driving licence or provisional driving licence, which will be scanned prior to entry. Photocopies, photos or screenshots of IDs are not accepted.

Will I be refused entry?

By entering the venue you’re agreeing to be searched on entry and exit. Entry searches on your person and your bag are carried out for your own safety. We don’t allow glass bottles, any sharp/dangerous objects or illegal substances to be brought inside the venue and anyone carrying these may be refused entry. Exit searches may be carried out to make sure nobody leaves with items that aren’t theirs.

You may be turned away in the event of intoxication or if you have been barred from another venue in the local area. We are an active part of Scannet and PubWatch to our customers keep people safe. 

Is there a dress code?

Bacchus Late Bar operates a casual dress code policy, however we advise against workwear and sportswear, and encourage all patrons to dress for a bar environment. Please be advised that door staff ultimately reserve the right to refuse entry.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, we operate a cloakroom every night. Please be advised – our cloakroom is cash only!

Can I smoke or vape inside?

Neither is permitted in the venue, but we have a designated smoking area outside. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, most major debit and credit cards, Apple and Google Pay, and cash. Please be advised – we do not accept AMEX. 

I would like to be a DJ or be a promoter, how do I get in touch?

Drop us a message on social media with your details. Find us on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. 

I left something there, what do I do?

If you think you’ve left something behind at the club then drop an email to info@bacchuslatebar.com, so that we can try and locate it for you. Include as much information as you can about the item; including what it looks like, where you left it and when, to help us identify it.  

Lost property items will be stored for 28 days. Any items unclaimed after this time will be donated to charity.
